Pan, nice and hot. Thin sliced sourdough, grill both sides with butter. Any single or combination of mozzarella, Havarti, Swiss, or Gruyere. Bit of grilled onion or honey mustard if I'm feeling up to it. Toast until bubbly and delicious.
