I like the synergy brand kombucha, specifically their trilogy flavor. I Just like the really bitter stuff. I eventually wanna get into homebrew though.

Same here. I love kombucha that is heavily acidic and effervescent. Luckily I live in San Diego (relatively close to the brewer) so I see a lot of flavors in my store.

Trilogy is perhaps their best. What do you think about their botanics (lavender, hibiscus, etc) if you've tried them?

Most are 0.5 to 5% ABV but some like Boochcraft make 7-8% ABV kombucha

You could also just keep fermenting it by adding more sugar + sunlight, since the yeast is never removed or killed

I live in Idaho so my selection is basically their popular flavors (trilogy, blueberry, gingerade) so I haven't tried those. Even the health and natural stores don't carry them.
