Honestly whats the point of cooking onions? They dont taste like anything then. Ive stopped using them in anything I make and I literally cannot tell the difference. Raw ones are great and flavorful but you guys are seriously wasting your time and money bothering to cook them.

They are a lot milder when cooked... I like using raw onions but it's happened that I put so much that I set my mouth on fire. When they're cooked I can use almost any amount but the taste is a bit weaker
