So I recently bought "ultimate crunchy" peanut butter from a farmer's market due to the fact grocery stores can't legally carry peanut butter over a certain chunkiness in coimmiefornia. Unfortunately when I got home it had already gone over the chunk threshold back to a jar of peanuts in oil. How do I keep this from happening? I live about a 20 minute bike ride from the farmer's market.
