I can't fucking get oven popcorn right. It always tastes off. Am I overcooking? I don't know, I always seem to fuck up seasoning too, it feels like the seasoning is on top of the popcorn instead of part of it. Very frustrating.

Do you give your kernals a liberal salting before the popping? like put the oil in, then get the kernals coated, and then salt the shit out of it. It comes out most scrumptious.
