Alright /ck/. I've had egg and seafood allergies all my life. All tests are negative for allergies now at age 26.
I have to go to the allergist's office and try something with a substantial (1 egg + not trace exposure amount of fish). Assuming I don't react what should I try next?
Not trolling and honestly kind of scared.

Find out who makes good eggs benedict in your area, go eat some, then learn to make every style of egg. Eggs are the best

Get trace exposure therapy and become immune to it like I did with peanuts. Never knew how awful Reeses were until therapy was over.

>bacon and (fried over easy) eggs with pancakes
>custard/flan
>eggs benedict
>deviled eggs
>tamago sushi
>meringue and macarons
Is the seafood allergy bony or shellfish?

Omlet with shrimps and mussels

Most shellfish don't swim. Were you allergic to them? What about molluscs?

My old allergist basically told me I was allergic to anything that swims. Current results basically try me to tell anything, hence my confusion.
