I've recently found that I really enjoy horseradish now,

tuna salad, deviled eggs, grilled cheese, quesadillas, pizza.

basically anything made with mayonnaise or cheese.

Ketchup, lots of horseradish, a splash of lemon and Worcestershire sauce. Apply to shrimp.

You can lamb shanks or beef and serve it over garlic and horseradish mashed potatoes. Do it well and it will get you laid, OP. Go easy on the spiking of mashed taters with the horseradish though.
