Soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, MSG, white pepper, cornstarch, bouillon cubes, etc.
All of that stuff should last indefinitely if unopened.

Dried split peas, borlotti beans, any other dried legume.
Salt and pepper, star anise, dried herbs, chilli flakes - seal them all in airtight containers.
Tins of olive/sesame/sunflower oil.
Tomato seeds last about eight years, and then six weeks after you plant them you can harvest. Lettuce is similar, and both will grow under electric lights with minimal water.
