I'm allergic to legumes but I want more sources of protein

I'm allergic to legumes but I want more sources of protein in my diet.

What else can I eat besides Chicken?

Also what type of Fish would you recommend as a best source for protein?

Fage 0% (Greek yogurt) has 130 calories per serving and 23g of protein. Tastes like sour cream.

Servings are huge too. A tub of this size has 4 servings. You could eat the whole thing for only 520 calories and 92 grams of protein.

You could also add mix-ins like granola.

Cottage cheese.

The breakfast part of my diet consists mostly of pasta or Mie mixed in with loads of cottage cheese. Nothing srs, just 100gr. a day.

It does fill you up with protein though and best of all; it's cheap as fuck and tasty.

You might wanna add other ingredients like baked mushrooms, tomato sauce or other cheese as well. Shit's real good.

I started having this for breakfast when I had this night job starting at 4AM, when I came home around 9:30 I was due for a second breakfast. Damn did it feel good.

Although I was really tired it was decent work.
