Brown sugar and yellow mustard for the glaze. Super easy and pretty good. If you slice (not too deep) a criss cross pattern into it, place a clove on each intersection.

Pretty sweet if you do 50 50 but you can adjust the ratio. Also some hams are saltier than others so how much sugar you want could depend on that. Since mustard isn't "thin" you don't have to worry about not getting enough sugar. But you should at least use some.
Also, the ham in your pic looks terrible. No glaze at all. Do whatever you can to avoid that result.
