Brock is a Democratic Party "strategist". His "strategy" is to pay unemployable shitheads to spam every website in existence with anti-Trump comments and memes. During the 2016 U.S. election, his organization, then called Correct The Record (CTR), registered with the Federal Election Commission, including listing names of employees who were hired to spam messageboards. Now that the election is over, he has created a new organization that he named ShareBlue. Because this is not directly related to a campaign, he does not have to register it with the FEC.

Being annoying assholes was such a successful strategy for Hillary that they've decided to make it a permanent thing spread across all facets of life.
