You might not be drinking enough water. The body has a way of confusing thirst from hunger in some people. If you are drinking a sufficient amount and still don't feel satiated you probably either need to change your eating habits and exercise more.

eliminate all fat from diet. eat diet rich in high fiber carb rich foods, like beans and whole wheat bread. make your own food, get a pressure cooker, and don't snack, and only eat twice a day.

Drink lots of water. And fiber. I'm using farro as my main carb with meals now. Oatmeal is good too in the AM.
