I've been trying to be thrifty with my money so I've been making chicken and beef stock from all the leftover bones I've had. Now I have jugs of the stuff and I don't know what to do with it. Any ideas? All I know to do with it is stew and porridge.

The obvious answer being soups, but you can easily make gravy from it, boil pasta or rice in it, make curry in it... there's tons of possibilities with it.

I'm retarded so I like to fry thin slices of pork/chicken in sugar, ginger and soy sauce, and add them to instant noodles I made with homemade beef or chicken stock.
Also sometimes when I am cold I just drink it straight.
