I've been trying to be thrifty with my money so I've been making chicken and beef stock from all the leftover bones I've had. Now I have jugs of the stuff and I don't know what to do with it. Any ideas? All I know to do with it is stew and porridge.

The obvious answer being soups, but you can easily make gravy from it, boil pasta or rice in it, make curry in it... there's tons of possibilities with it.

I personally just use my stocks in making rice and beans etc. not real culinaristic, but at least I get my money's worth for all of the fat and protein in the chicken

Also sometimes when I am cold I just drink it straight.

This is a very handy use for surplus stock. Demi glacé is another practical use for loads of beef stock. There are tons of uses from sauces, to that 'secret weapon' and it can be diluted to make a broth in a pinch. And it lasts forever.
