Yea, long time outbacker here, the whole concept is a real joke now. Everything is "chef-made" now, (their term for pre made out a bag straight from commisary), and it does make it even more depressing to see how udder crap the food has become. I miss the old outback where we did 99 percent of everything scratch made. Its not a kitchen now, its an assembly line. Have a bloom sauce recipe on me lol.

That place is fucking doomed. Our walk-in leaked all over everything during a storm. Everything comes out of a bag and the quality is shit. Your well done steak WAS an extra medium steak, accidently tossed on during a rush, finished to well approx 35min later when you ordered after the rush but before the cleanup.
