I had a stomach flu two days ago. Decided to get activia to try and speed up the recovery of my stomach.
Woke up today feeling WORSE than I did yesterday though... (although I ate potato chips yesterday as well)
Did I do a smart thing with activia or might it be fucking me up as well?
You did activate them before you had them right?

You scared me for a second I'll admit, but that's for fucking almonds, nigger.

Clockwise.

Dairy can mess with a jacked up stomach. Usually it shouldn't be an issue. I think Activia is a bit of a scam. All yogurt is made up of live cultures. Lactobacilus is generally good for digestion. It helps to offset the massive load of antibiotics we deal with these days.
No, I'm not against Antibiotics, before some autist goes off on me. I just understand that they are nonspecific in their destruction of bacteria, and we need to supplement because of it. Keep washing your hands.

Should've mentioned that I'm lactose intolerant too, huh... Shit.
Yogurt is one of the few dairy products I can eat without issues, though. Well, if I get worse after today, I'll know it was the yogurt that did it.

They're designed for women only. They'll make you sick if you're a man.

No. I've never had issues with yogurt.
Milk will give me horrible gas, cheese will make me vomit immediately, but shit like cream cheese and yogurt I've had literally no issue with.
you might have norovirus. It clears very fast, but you will have some crazy gas/indigestion. You also will either puke or have diarrhea for a couple of days. Still it wasn't nearly as bad as the real flu.
