Yes it's fried eggs but you could potentially use that little tool you uploaded and make it mini but it sure won't look like a pancake. I too hate plain fried eggs so I can relate a little.

>3/4 tablespoon of oil(I use olive oil)
>2-3 stalks of green onion and a couple pinches of cilantro
>chop green onion to 2 inch pieces
>heat pan and oil, toss in green onion for 20 seconds on medium, just enough to soften but not necessarily cook per se
>pour in whisked eggs
>season with salt and black pepper and cook for a minute or two until cooked %75 of the way
>toss in cilantro on top(it should stick to the uncooked eggs)
>flip and cook for a couple more seconds or until ready
