Easy choice, the mustard. Chinese is salty enough as is so it doesn't need the soy. Putting gluten free soy sauce on Chinese is the textbook definition of pointless. Never tried that white hot sauce before, never even seen it actually. And frankly I just don't like dick sauce, too sweet. Mustard is GOAT, I put it on everything.

Duck. Great on crab rangoon and various meats

Duck sauce without question. The only sauce I use at chinese restaurants, (besides the paste that come with mushu pork.) Goes great in fried rice and on eggrolls.
