I have a bunch of these rice cake things and no idea how to use them. Any suggestions for recipes that use a bunch at once?

Put them in any soup. They have a great texture I like them more than noodles. You can also stir fry them in any kind of sauce you like. Do you have frozen or dried ones?

Look up Dukboki (though the Wikipedia page has a 'tarded spelling: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tteok-bokki )

You can buy Dukboki sauce at any Asian market, it's a spicy dark red. Stir fry your rice cakes with vegetables (carrots/scallions/onions/etc.) in the dukboki sauce and fish cakes if you like them. Very tasty, I think I'll have some tomorrow.

You can eat them raw. The brown sweet ones are better but the white ones are good also.
Or coat them in eggs and fry them

A lot of what can be done with meat (curry, stir fry, etc.) can be done with these as well

You fry them with pork and soy sauce. Ate a ton of this as a kid.
