What's your go-to brand of soy sauce? Does it come in a packet? A glass bottle? A water bottle? An aluminum can? Is it sodium free or not? Is it mild or full flavor?

I typically buy low sodium kikkoman, low sodium Tamari. If it's is low sodium, I can use more of it before it gets too salty.
I only like sauce that's as salty as me

I don't have a single go-to brand. Different types of soy sauce taste very different and have different uses. My main ones are:
-Normal Kikkoman for Japanese food
-Pearl River Bridge Gold Label for Chinese food, and random fucking around like BBQ marinades
-PRB Dark for when you need Dark soy.
-Healthy Boy for Thai dishes
They usually come in glass bottles for normal sizes, but I use so much of the two PRB ones that I buy the larger size, which comes in a plastic jug. None of them are sodium free because neither I or the people I cook for require a low-sodium diet.

I cant tell the difference between most. Unless it's pic related. They reffer to it as "for soup". It's more potent/salty than the regular soy.
probably these I think in a bigger bottle

Is kikkoman the best? I use it too.
This or Kikkoman.
Shame it doesn't stay fresh for longer than a month.
Sweet is okay too, but its used too different to be useful in regular cooking.

You have to match your subject with your verb.
"Me am salty"?
I think not.
"I am salty"
