thats just medium level disinfeccion, theres a big difference between sterilization and just applying alcohol to your utensils

want to really sterilize a knife? get a fucking special paper, seal it, put it on an autoclave for an hour, for the process up to 134 c and some pressure, and then you can take em, with some sterilized gloves and some sterilized area too

Even professional brewers only sanitize. Sterilization is for surgery.

I use a gnarly old sponge and some discount dish soup to clean my stuff. If good enough wasn't good enough it wouldn't be called good enough.
