Thanks buddy. I live in Vietnam. At the wet market here I can pick out a chicken and they will kill and pluck it right there and then in front of me. Every part of the chicken get used up, so even things like the neck and ovaries are eaten. They're pretty tasty, though a bit nasty looking.

From the OP etc I can't tell if there's still an overarching competition (and if so how far into it this thread is and how much more rounds are to come), or if the /ck/ challenge threads are now just more of a place for people to make dishes according to a monthly theme and post them to be rated, without there being an actual tournament.

If you want, you can piggyback your own internal competition, keeping track of everyone month-by-month and posting "best of the year" or whatever. Borneo made it quite clear when she was getting this organized that she wasn't going to do that, though.
