is there a special pan for shaping the two mini omlet ball accompanyments?
>>8690437
Special pan? Not to my knowledge.its the handling of the pan, timing and wristwork.

A proper omelette has no browning on iot.
>>8690437
>omlet ball
that's bread bro.
>>8690484
came to say this, shape is right but clearly overcooked.
>>8690503
Yeah, i know its gonna be cigar-shaped, but overcooked?
Is it possible to make a big omelette? I work out so when I make eggs it's usually 2 eggs plus 3 egg whites. I usually just end up making like a fritatta or scrambled eggs with it.

Those are tiny croissants.
>>8690543
I found it easier with a bigger pan. Made a 4 egg before that way
>>8690503
i actually prefer my omelette overcooked, there is something about a wet egg that is just unappetising to me
>>8690740

>>8690795
