I'm no medical expert but surely it would just be foods that don't contain a high level of fats?

hash. Ive heard keto and no carb-hi protein diets can lead to gallstones and eventual removal of the organ. What a curse!
I got my gallbladder removed a few years ago and I've had diarrhea regularly ever since. It doesn't matter what I eat, I haven't had a solid shit in longer than I can remember
Let me introduce you to your new best friend.
You should still eat a lower fat diet, but this will keep you from having digestive problems if you go to "pizza night", or eat some wings, or fatty meats, or full fat dairy, or whatever.

That sounds horrific

Yeah, I've had a low-fat diet for around a month (got my operation done about 4 1/2 weeks ago) and it's worked wonders since I've lost like 50 lbs with little to no sacrifice
I wanted to try something a bit more fatty but I'm fucking terrified at the fact of getting the ultimate shits like I used to

I had diarrhea for the first few weeks, I've been mostly fine from last week onwards

Oh, forgot to add that I had my gallbladder removed about a year and a half ago, and this has been my savior. I still eat low fat most of the time, because I don't want to strain my pancreas or liver, but this stuff is golden for when I know I'm going to be eating fatty foods, or eating at someone else's house, etc.

Thank you for the info, I've decided to give them a try and see if it's right for me
What's your recommended dosage? I read the amazon reviews and it seems to be like you should take these some time before eating to ensure they work

Also, another small question: can you deal with spicy or condimented foods? I've only tried a small amount of pepper with my grilled chicken and it's been variable (got diarrhea once or twice but I'd eaten it in a sandwich so maybe it could be something else in the sandwich)

Sorry for the late reply. I always take 2 right before I start eating the meal. Works a treat. If you find that it's not totally helping, you can also take another after your meal.

Spicy foods don't bother me at all, but too many creamy or fatty condiments do. I can eat extremely spicy food, as long as it's not too greasy (if it is, I have to take the digestive pills), but creamy or fatty stuff will tear me up.
