I usually prepare a bowl of 1 part worcestshire, 1 part mayo, 1 part pickled beets and 2 parts cayenne-sprinkled egg yolk. I mix it in a blender or food chopper then let it sit in the fridge, covered, for up to 72 hours, I then open the can of sardines by hand, never an electric can opener, and place the oysters in a bowl next to the aforementioned mixture for up to 8 hours. Then I eat it on crackers with a dollop of hot sauce.
