Sweet potato fries with that maple-mayo dip are God tier.

Meh, they're okay but something is really lacking with the clean, starchy, crispy saltiness of normal russet fries. They just aren't at their best when fried. I want to like them, but disappointed every time.

I like them but there doesn't seem to be any consensus yet on what they should be dipped in. I'm not a fan of sweeter dips a lot places seem to be settling on
