Would you pay $75 for a can opener?

I usually just get image related because side-cutting ones never open more than 5 cans without breaking or dulling. But it would be nice to have a non-sharp lid when fishing it out.
Quit cutting the full circumference of the lid ya dingus.

That same can opener is $28 USD on the US Amazon.
My can opener cost the equivalent of £1.70 in today's money and was made in West Germany. It's opened probably thousands of cans since then. Fuck all this cheap Walmart shit. Go eat some tendies you fucking wankers

Just buy a Majican, they're like 10 bucks and work like charm.

When I first moved out, my mom gave me the can opener I still use. I'm 100% certain it's 30 years old and still works fine and probably cost 5 bucks. No need for a 75 dollar can opener.

These people obviously have down syndrome
Ive used this Kuhn Rikon opener (left) before it's mt fav design so far. No sharp edges on the can or the lid.
The downside is that without an instruction manual, it took me 2 weeks to figure out how to use it properly. But now I love it.

But what if can opener goes all sneaky beaky and starts opening things you didn't want opened yet? Stick to the old, cheap, solid can openers.
