I've had an unhealthy half-shit this morning due to some tremendously greasy pizza I ate last night. I also feel slightly sick, so I don't crave the leftovers. The thing is I'm going out to drink later, and don't want to be caught needing a massive shit there, so I don't want to eat anything too fibrous either.
What should I eat that won't leave me feeling too awful but won't make me need a massive shit?

Cheese is sticky, so you're not going to get bad pizza out of your system in half a day. In your situation I'd throw down a lot of water and fiber and resign myself to a big horrible shit in a room full of Chads. Bottom line is eating shitty food results in awful shits.
