I plan on braising some rabbit later this week. It's a very lean meat, and any one of the slow cook methods that will keep it from drying out is good for it. There's plenty of other stuff that works too, some taking more skill and/or care than others.

He's not right about stew being the only way, but rabbit stew is fantastic. I make more than I need, then thicken it more and use the rest for pot pies.
