I know, I used to be obese. I eat as much sugar as I feel like having 2 days a month, but because I am able to stop myself from eating it for the other 28. I get to enjoy mountains of unhealthy food for one weekend a month and still look like a human bean, truly the best of both worlds.

What I came to learn from being fat was that it made me spiteful and miserable. I envied the people I thought were happy, I felt utter contempt for skinny people and I had a warped idea of the amount of effort it would take to look like that and be "happy".

Congratulations, I hope to end up in a similar situation when I drop the remaining 25 but I don't think the guy who said "lust for sugar" has a particularly good relationship with food. If you are at a healthy weight, feel free to eat a doughnut on occasion but when you imply that you need the doughnut it's indicative of a larger problem.

"Lust" is a particularly strong word that leads me to think he feels genuinely addicted.
