this is how I make my morning eggs:

> preheat pan
> crack eggs into pan
> break up the yokes inside the pan, lazily stirring
> season the fuck out of it
> let it sit for ???? minutes
> flip
> plate it
> add hot sauce
> consume

Is this a lazy bastard way of preparing eggs?

I would whisk in a bowl, but I really don't see the point of dirtying a dish for that.

I could see it working, but if you dont mix properly you get clumps of egg whites between the yolk. If it dosent bother you, who cares? But i like it to be mixed better

Give it a try. There are plenty of ways to scramble eggs

You don't really need to dirty up another bowl to whisk. Low heat, break the yolks, and stir them around constantly in the pan. Too much heat pulls moisture out of the egg. Salt too. Season at the end.

It is the best way to cook eggs. Period.

I had some god tier smoked sausage with it too, but I'm not some normie that takes pictures of everything so you just have to use your imagination

>butter the now toasted muffins
>wait until eggs are done, sunny side up slighty runny
>put on muffins, either tobasco+salt or italian herbs+salt+pepper on top
sipping pint of water while this happens
