So I just got a blender like every other 20 something year old faggot who thought once about getting healthy.
Anyone here have favorite recipes or ingredients for green smoothies? I've been mostly just doing greens, bananas and whatever's hiding in the corners of my fridge.

Chia, avocado, white grapes, plain greek yogurt, honey. My daily breakfast for the past few months.

Kale, pineapple, soy milk
Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, ice, banana, and a splash of milk if it's too thick
Dog likes it too, especially if I add a spoon of puréed pumpkin

Also for green, cucumber, pineapple, lemon, and add that to whatever your base is. Preferably yogurt since milk will curdle immediately
I buy fuckhuge bins of spinach, puree them and freeze them in an ice tray and then use the cubes in my smoothies which usually are spinach cubes, frozen pineapple, a whole lemon, coconut water and protein powder. and whatever fruit is on hand.
Even kale in a smoothie is too bitter for me

>a whole lemon,
so rind and all?
I hope you bought a vitamix OP
>>8613831
No I peel it. Some people do put it in with the rind but I cba to wash all my lemons
>chopping up the nutrients and fiber
Eat fruit raw you pleb.

there are no limits to green smoothies, id instead recommend finding a good spot to shop for vegetables and get whatever jumps out to you
Freezing the banana gives milkshake texture without having to water smoothies down with ice.
I like to keep it simple: frozen banana, milk, a little Greek yogurt, PB, spinach.

buy a vitamix next time. the certified refurbished ones from the company usually go down to 200-250. you'll thank me one day

Pineapple, coconut water, lemon, white grapes, cucumber slices
Blackberry, raspberry, pommegranite, spinnach, honey, strawberries

>So I just got a blender like every other 20 something year old faggot who thought once about getting healthy.
Is this what millennials think blenders are for? "Getting healthy"? What does that even mean? What other bizarre associations do you have with kitchen appliances? Are toaster ovens an aphrodisiac? Are knife sharpeners best for bereavement?

>millennials
jfc stop thinking in terms of marketing buzzwords

Fine, "shit-for-brains youngsters", is that better? I forgot shit-for-brains youngsters think they're too good for marketing even though they spend all their time on their 'apps' being marketed to

>everybody under 35 is exactly the same

>I I just got a rental car like every other 20 something year old faggot going on a road trip to Los Angeles.
Is this what millennials think cars are for? "Road tripping to LA"? What other bizarre associations do you have with vehicles? Are trains for New Orleans? Are helicopters best for Seattle?
