I can give you other brands too if you want but those seemed like the important ones. The bread was Pepperidge Farm; the muenster was store-brand (ShopRite); the mayo was Hellmann's.
Oh, and the exact kind of Butterball turkey was their Thanksgiving Roasted. The Krakus ham was just regular Krakus ham. Apparently it used to be pretty highly regarded.
