In the market for a new Toaster Oven
Does /ck/ have any suggestions? Should I get one that also has a steamer function?
Panasonic FlashXpress if you're on a budget, Breville Smart Oven if not

For what purpose? Are you so poor your house doesn't have an oven?

Not op, but toaster ovens are useful because they preheat much faster, and they don't radiate as much heat so you don't need to run the AC as much in the summer, and they are also cheaper to run if whatever you're cooking is small enough to fit inside

This.

However, the Cuisinart TOB-260N1 is cheaper than the Breville with better performance.
get one that suits your needs.

way too small.
Cuisinart makes nice toaster ovens.

They're useful and convenient anon, how dense are you

But why would you waste money on another appliance if your house already had an oven?

Oven is for serious stuff
Toaster oven is for simple and quick things

I have the Cuisinart Tob-260. I dig it.

Pretty much this argument. I mostly just cook for my wife and I. It's ridiculous to crank up the oven, waist for it to preheat, and then bake something like two salmon fillets. The toaster oven preheats to 450 in about a minute and a half (never really timed it), doesn't waste a ton of heat and energy, and it's easier to keep an eye on your food.
I use it often enough that I'm glad to have it.

Simple and quick things such as?
Toaster ovens are for office break rooms and literally nothing else.
Why use a toaster oven when you can have a hot plate?
superior in every way

This. Finally someone who understands.
If you have one of these in your house rather than a full size oven it's nothing other than a sure sign of poverty and you should kill you're a self

You can have both.
Normal people have both.

>having more than one thing
Get a load of bill gates over here, are we supposed to believe someone isn't a NEET on 4chan? Next you'll claim you can afford to eat out without having an anxiety attack over the tip.
