I was born in the north, but I've lived in Florida pretty much my entire life, I just never had an interest in eating fish. I just now had my first taste of catfish and it's god damn amazing, I was shocked at just how theres nothing of the usual fishy taste that I get from seafood which usually puts me off.

Well I've had very little fish in my life, the last I had was salmon. There was that subtle fishy taste I don't really enjoy. I'll be honest, I think it's just that I didn't cook it right. But I intend to try more seafood to see if I find more that I like
