I'm a going to make me some pulled-pork sammiches.
I need a quick n dirty recipe for coleslaw.
Are you up to it? Can you handle that kind of responsibility?

Red onion, black pepper, salt, apple cider vinegar and white vinegar, charred or roasted jalapeeno, celery seed, mustard or honey mustard, a splash of sesame oil, finely chopped fruit like mango or an apple. All or none or some of these. I make slaw differently every time it seems.

PRO TIP: Salt your cabbage to remove moisture for best results.

Once you've prepared the cabbage and vegetables, add to them 5% salt and 10% sugar by weight and mix in a bowl. Yes, that's a ton of salt and sugar but most of it won't be absorbed, also you'll dilute it with mayonnaise later anyway. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then give it a quick mix and wait another 15 minutes. Then pick it up by the handful and squeeze out any water that will come out and place the dry bundles in another bowl. Then fluff up the cabbage mix a bit so it's not packed and stir in mayonnaise and vinegar.

Did add some white wine vinegar, a bit mustard, splash of lemonjuice, sugar, s&p, and mayo of course.
At first it didnt got there, after an hour or so, almost perfect.
My first try, will do again.
