On the menu tonight: Pan seared salmon with a sour cream, dijon mustard, and fresh dill sauce with sauteed broccolini and garlic.
I really like this sauce. It's a bit thicker than typical dijon sauces, and the sour cream gave it a decent bite. Will definitely make again.

Recently I did a sous vide salmon steak which I pan seared afterwards just as an experiment with my new circulator and it was legit the best salmon I've ever had that wasn't from a high-end sushi place. I highly recommend it.
