I don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I have a Gaggia Classic, but my bro bought one of the $250 cheap ones a couple years ago and it's still a legit pump machine (albeit automatic), and as long as he's on top of the grind he can pull perfect shots out of the thing.

suggested and call around to your local thrift stores often asking if they have a used espresso machine like I did. Took me a while to find one, and you may never find one, but it's still worth a try.
