The Bell was one of my hangover options in college. My hangover meal consisted of two soft tacos, mexican pizza, cheesy potatoes, and cinnamon twists. My second hangover option was a whole bucket of KFC with 3 tubs of gravy (for skin dipping).

Taco bell has the best fast food value meal, hands down. Bar none.

Nachos, loaded grillers, soft tacos, fries, cinnamon twists. I don't usually see them around too often, but whenever I see one I try to get something off the value menu.
