Or make a spicy lamb curry, Indian style, and add the yoghurt. Especially the thick, fatty yoghurt is wonderful for that.

Seriously, here me out on this. My family is from the Balkans and so we have we have a poor man's take on 'Ayran' (some turkish drink if you cbf googling it) but the taste is not as strong and it's more welcoming to 'foreigner's tastes'.

Get a big ass glass, something like a milkshake glass. Now fill that shit about 70% of it with the Greek yogurt. Stir and whip that shit into oblivion. I know you anon's fap harder than you cook so give it a pounding. Now fill the rest with cold water. Stir until watery smooth, no chunks. Drink. Ahhhhhhh.

Granola or bran cereal are my personal favorite things to mix in. Keeps it somewhat healthy too.

Just did this one last night OP:

-Take a quart of berries (strawberry/blueberry/etc)
-1 Lemon, sliced thin
-Half cup of sugar
-Teaspoon of cinnamon

Take seeds out of Lemon then throw all the ingredients in a pan, add about a quart of water and heat over medium.

Chill to tepid after the blueberries start breaking open from the heat/the lemon rind gets nice and mushy

Throw in a blender, add more cinnamon or sugar if you think it needs it

Chill, serve over plain yogurt

Absolutely incredible, pretty quick. Would highly recommend.

Overnight Oats. My go to is oatmeal, maple syrup, & berries. A container that size would make enough for 4 days. I eat that while the ham & eggers I work with eat all the garbage off the coffee truck.
