Where were you when you realized cayenne pepper is the best shit

Cayenne is pretty shit though.
I mean it's fairly productive but as far as taste/heat/texture goes it's inferior to nearly every other pepper.

Honestly powdered cayenne is the most veratile, and my fallback when unsure of a more specific chilli flavour, although scotch bonnets are tha bes.
