Newfriend here. Is there like a /ck/ starter pack with all kind of good recipes?

No. Maybe Good Eats...

It's called the google. You can go to the booru if you really want horrible infographs made by neckbeards and wifey materials
McChicken for lunch daily
don't eat at a restaurant if they don't sell Mozastix, wings, and nachos. that is the seal of quality.
/ck/ starter packs are available for those who purchase a 4chan gold pass.
But seriously, you should invest in one. This fucking site is dying, and there may come a day when we all have to congregate to another forum.

Foodwishes on youtube.
/do/ specifically doesn't have a sticky, probably because there's more than one way to skin a cat, y'know? That being said the same could go for /fit/ but personal fitness is a bit more complex than learning how to braise or learning how to cook a steak to your preference
It's a practice thing - just read a few articles on Wikipedia like the Maillard Reaction and shit
Cooking with dog

Wow, this fucking thread.
Here's a redpill OP. All of the OC that this board generates eventually ends up on ck.Booru.Org as a vertical. Browse through or search by ingredient.
Other than that, Serious Eats is good if occasionally pretentious, Food Wishes on youtube is alright but the guy has an annoying voice, and allrecipes.com has everything else.
Don't expect a lot of good ideas from here. Gotta do a lot of shit mining to find gold.
Good luck.
it's the McDonalds app

This. /ck/ used to be good but now it's just pretentious assholes arguing about minutiae instead of food
I'd still recommend BBC Food while it's still alive. If you can stand not using cups to measure things
