this is what i'm doing for lunch.

1/2lbs of ground beef
Salt
black pepper
garlic

Brown the ground beef and then drain out the fat and water.

Add tomato paste + water

then season to taste, I generally go with onion powder, garlic, thyme, fennel, basil maybe some bay leaf and of course salt.

If you start boiling your water for pasta when you start with the beef you'll finish your sauce at about the same time as your pasta is done cooking.

It's lunch for myself, not like I'm going to go full beans for it.

Also, I do usually add some onion to the meat when cooking it but I used up all my onions last night for dinner.
