I've heard some anons say that eventually your stomach/bowels could adjust to the capsaicin. Don't know if that will happen for everyone though, or to what extent.

I thought eating spicy foods upset my stomach, but then I learned that it's actually because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. Hot peppers do still make my poop a bit strange and less solid though.

Having a few serranos in stir fry is my limit for now.

I've been eating pic related for the better part of two decades and haven't had any adverse effects aside from a burning sensation on exfil.
I do know that capsaicin does irritate the bowels and can lead to watery/loose stool (I ran into this after eating ghost peppers), but I want to say that your body will just build up a tolerance.

Jump off the deep end and eat something stupid like a scorpion or fatali, you shouldn't have trouble with anything less afterwards.
