Welcome senpai
>>8506104
This is impossible, senpai
The only food that can make you lose weight is cold water.
>>8506142
That's what celery is.
>>8506142
Bullshit. Lots of food has so few calories that it takes more energy to digest than it provides. Lettuce, cucumbers and even some meat are like that. Look up rabbit starvation
>>8506161
Holy fuck you are dumb, that's not at all what rabbit starvation is. You're the one who should look it up.

>>8506161
Ya, as in it takes 100 calories to digest 98 calories of it. Rabbit starvation is also known as protein poisoning. You aren't calorie deficient. You don't get enough vitamins, neutrients, and fats.
>I read a headline on Facebook and assumed I knew what the article would say
Konjac
Champignons.
Also high in nutrients.
Corn on the cob.

I lost nearly 60 lbs last year. My binge food was broccoli/carrots/cauliflower with hot sauce (zero calories).
Perfect binge food. I still saved up enough calories to basically eat anything I wanted for dinner and be at a calorie deficit.

Not sure about food but ive got drinks covered for ya:
Earl Grey Tea
sweetened with Stevia Extract Powder
(takes about a teaspoon for a whole Gallon size, the shit is potent, also carries a slightly funny taste with it but with Earl Grey the taste blends perfectly, kinda reminds me of adding a little licorice)
No calories, sweetener is natural, and the tea is tasty.
If you consider how many calories are often in a 2 liter of soda or a full gallon of tea from the store (~1000) this blows that out of the water right there. If you require something in your water when you drink it like me, that is.
Also you may want to consider Dextrose even though it is a sugar, it naturally raises your metabolism and means itll keep you awake and burn extra calories anyway (might as well be half calorie, if that).
(Dextrose is part of a performance drug mix used by Cleaner assassins)
> Stevia Powder
You can usually find it at a co-op or health food store for about $8 for a pouch of it (its about a couple ounces maybe). The dextrose can be found in self service bins.
> Earl Grey
I suggest the off the shelf boxed ones that usually have 2 teabags, its not a bad deal and they're quite aromatic.
If you're pinched for money or want cheap drink alternative forever you can mix it 1 Earl Gray teabag per 4 Budget Basement level Teabags and the flavors (of stevia and earl gray) will still be enough to keep it tasty.

>2 teabags
*I meant 20
such as celestial seasonings mix, bargain basement for good tea but its still good
>>8505863
celery

if your going to binge them make it worth it and do it right. There's a thing called exercise that lets you do that occasionally.
Bugs all kinds, hot pan low oil toss till crisp.
You can add some pine tree tea and steam the bugs if you want a soup.
The point is have fun, nature is not an enemy but an ally.
Yes you can eat all the kelp, mushrooms and other such things and never ever gain a pound, just take a mult-vitiman and never gain a pound.
>>8506451
How did you prepared them anon?
>>8506685
Mainly raw.
I did this too, although this isn't the exact recipe I used.

Rabbit starvation is when you don't have enough fat in your diet. The term comes from frontiersmen & plains Indians who would subsist on rabbit meat for an extended period of time, which doesn't provide enough fat. They would meet their caloric requirements, but would still have an insatiable hunger that would cause them to slowly starve & lose weight.
