Pilaf style.

3 cup chicken stock (seasoned with saffron)
1 cup rice

Saute onions with 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil until translucent. When done, mix and coat every grain of rice and put into a casserole dish. Bake covered with tin for 1 hour at 350F.

Reduction was created by deglazing the chicken scraps in the pan with left over chicken stock that was created with the pilaf and butter. Added some italian seasoning and reduce until thick.
