How does /ck/ spice up top ramen?
Getting real tired of it plain, kudos for cheapness.

Try cheese. I've never done it but I bet a good cheesy ramen would be nice.

I usually drop an egg into the water when I add the seasoning packet. Let it boil for like 30 seconds with a lid on the pot. Also if you can spare the cash adding some actual meat of the base flavour(i.e. beef in the beef ramen) is usually pretty good.
>Putting an egg in a perfectly good bowl of noodles
Boil it. Then put into a pan that had egg and onions cooking in it. Finish with the flavor packet and crushed red pepper.
Idk why you are even asking its like you never even made an attempt to make something as versitile as 10 cent noodles into something better.

Egg drop ramen
As ramen is boiling, mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (or more if you want it thicker) with equal amount of cold water. Stir into the boiling water and let it thicken. Remove from heat and slowly pour in a beaten egg while stirring. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, scallion, or whatever else you like.
Tapatio
Franks red
Sriracha
Mirin
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Wasabi paste
Nori seaweed
All up in there.
Broccoli
Cabbage
Onion
Carrots
Tofu
Egg
Whatever other vegetables I have, like celery. Sometimes jalapeno too.
And some sesame oil.

Disgusting.

For the cheap/lazy adding a half teaspoon of minced garlic should add some flavor. Sauteed or raw, doesn't really matter.
Black pepper, dash of Soy and hot sauce. Done.
