75/25 burgers
Turkey burgers
Broccoli (bulk)
Potatoes
Sweet potatoes (I like to spoil myself)
Tuna cans (in oil for calories)
Economy Bacon
Cottage cheese
Pickles
Olive oil (EV costs more but is worth it, youll use it a lot)
Bulk eggs
Oatmeal
Jasmine Rice
Pork sausages
Mushrooms (expensive for what they are)
Onions
Garlic

I also have various spicy/salty/bouillon spices and sauces

Asian sauces like Sambal Oelek and soy sauce will come in handy. I'm no chef, so preparation of sauces is a bit beyond me.

If you can, I recommend checking your local grocery store daily for specials, especially meats. If you have a local butcher do the same. If you can become acquainted, they will let you know what specials come up. Most meat markets in grocery stores (US) have a weekly rotation for their meats.
