Educating people about good food is a tough one, because your message really goes against the mainstream culture unless you happen to be lucky enough to live in places that put a high value on eating well (France, Spain, Italy for example). As an American I look at the standards here and it's hopeless. Thankfully I live in New York, so there are some folks here who actually care about food.
