I actually use powdered onion soup stock with ketchup and mustard to flavor/color rice to taste and feel like meatballs. There's some interesting uses for mixes like these.

it's amazing, you take white, wet sticky rice, mix up ketchup mustard and the soup stock, and mold it into balls, throw em in the oven for 15 minutes, they look and taste like meatballs.Brown, crispy on some sides, ready for noodles and tomato sauce.

What part of ketchup and mustard has anything to do with pasta? I won't even get into the rice thing since that's your replacement. If someone were to serve mustard flavored meat balls with spaghetti and tomato sauce I would throw up.
