I've got two (2) boneless chicken breasts I have to process

I've got two (2) boneless chicken breasts I have to process today. What should I do with this shit meat to produce something good?

sprinkle pepper on top

Put it in the food processor then make tendies

slice thinly, soak in oliveoil, mashed up garlic, chiliflakes, salt, pepper.
throw into hot pan, flip them one by one when they get Brown, put some thyme in with it.
Tasts very good.

warm up red curry paste in oil, add coconut-milk and sugar, add sliced chicken breast and simmer until chicken is well done, add fresh kaffir-lime leaves and spoon of fish-sauce - can also add Thai veggies like baby-aubergine, galangal, fresh chili ++ serve with rice and enjoy

Mate, chicken goes perfectly with rice.

Also, the perfect easy to make curry is:
>1 lime
>3cm of ginger
>1 red pepper
>1 stem of lemongrass/sereh
>1 can of coconut milk

Slice up the stuff and add everything together Warm it up, let it simmer for 10min to thicken and you have a perfect little curry
